♥ I accept Paypal, credit card (processed by Paypal), checks, and money orders. If you are interested in paying for your purchase with check or money order, please contact me for further instructions

♥ Lay Away Plan/Payment Plan
I offer payment plans from 2 to 5 installments. After the first payment, each payment will be $5 extra to cover extra fee. I will start process your order upon first payment. And I will ship your order out after your final payment has cleared or when your order is ready. * However, please be advised that these type of orders are non-refundable.

5.3%% tax will be added for VA residents only.


♥ Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Orders processing time is between 3 days to 2 weeks given the handmade nature of the product, both domestic and international. Custom orders may take longer -- I will give you an estimated shipping time if longer than 10 business days.

♥ All orders will be shipped to the address filed with "ETSY" when completing your order, NOT Paypal or your credit card billing address.


► Domestic Shipping:
- Orders up to $99.99 will ship via insured First Class Mail 3-5 days with a tracking number for $6.00 with options for shipping upgrades.
- Orders from $100-$499.99 will ship via insured Priority Mail 1-3 days with a tracking number and signature requirement with options for shipping upgrades for $8
- Orders $500 and up ship for free via insured Priority Mail 1-3 days with a tracking number and signature requirement with options for shipping upgrades

► International Shipping:
- Orders up to $399.99 will ship via insured First Class International Mail for $16.00 and $14 for Canada. Packages typically arrive in 2-3 weeks for most foreign countries, although it may vary in some countries. The worst case is 40 days. The delays are not unusual. Options for shipping upgrades are available during checkout.
- Orders from $400 will ship via insured Int'l Priority for $45 ($30 for Canada and $50 for Australia). Packages typically arrive in 6-12 business days; however, delays are not unusual.

***NOTE to INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. Please include your phone number during checkout in case Customs needs to contact you.


Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Returns & Refunds

I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please let me know within 7 days after receiving the item. You must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

♥ A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all jewelry returns.
♥ Cancellation: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
♥ Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying the difference and shipping cost.
♥ Refunds: Shipping and handling fee on all returned items are non-refundable.
♥ Exchanges & Refunds: All merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Emi Jewelry will not be accepted.
♥ PayPal Returns: PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited.
♥ Custom or personalized orders are final and not returnable unless there has been some error on my part or the piece is faulty.


Repair & Warranty

I stand behind everything I make, that is why I offer a limited 30-day to a 1-year warranty on all items to be free from defects in workmanship and materials after the date of purchase.

Conditions and Exclusions
► 30-day warranty on an item less than $1000, 1-year warranty on over $1000.
► This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
► This warranty is against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. I will repair, or replace any defective items with the same or a comparable model.
► This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Emi Jewelry.
►The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Emi Jewelry. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Emi Jewelry automatically voids the warranty.
►THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
► After this period a fee for repairs or alterations will be charged to cover materials, time and return postage.
✤ Please keep in mind that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of their beauty, and what makes each piece of Emi Jewelry, one-of-a-kind! and should not be considered a defect. Due to these natural variations and the differences between computer screens, your jewelry may look slightly different in person than it does online. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you'll have 15 days to return it for an exchange or full refund.


Q: Where do you source your gems & diamonds?
A: Most of our diamonds are Canadian origin and they are conflict-free. Canadian diamonds are mined to the highest environmental standards in the world.  We use natural gems unless otherwise noted in the item description. We try our best to source natural gems that are from reputable dealers who adhere to strict laws and regulations regarding what countries their gems are sourced.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: Every piece is handmade to order and will take at least 1 week or some pieces will take between 2-3 weeks to complete from when your order was confirmed. For rush orders, please contact us and I’ll do our best to oblige.

Q: What is 14K Gold Filled?
A: 14k gold filled is not to be confused with gold plate and has much more value. Gold filled jewelry is made with an incredibly thick layer of solid 14k gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure. It contains 100 times more real gold than jewelry that is plated - which is just a thin film that will in time wear off. It is extremely durable and highly tarnish resistant. It’s a beautiful and affordable alternative to solid 14k gold and is perfect for those with sensitive skin. It can last a lifetime if well cared for.

These characteristics enhance the beauty of the product and these variations from one to piece to another are what make them special and truly One of a Kind. Each piece of jewelry in my shop is handmade and therefore unique - no two are ever going to be exactly alike.
